The condo property is fabulous.There is a beautiful pool and large hot jacuzzi. There is a good size poolside palapa area and a nice clean gym with a guest entertainment and viewing lounge on top.Be Aware ... condo rules do not allow guests during certain busy times of year.The small condo is bare bones studio style and sitting overtop a very busy thoroughfare. It is loud on your deck and it carries through the living/cooking area. It was too loud for us! I cannot advocate the " sleeping for 4 " arrangement.We found this living area is almost as noisy as the deck outside the closed door.The studio bedroom area can be quiet when the doors are slid closed. It is a dog friendly building and well populated with them.It is a 20 minute walk to Paradise Village where you can buy some groceries and have a bite to eat.During the winter season there is a fabulous weekly market in town. There are some good local food service kiosks. Access to the closest public beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk thru Marina Vallarta.There are no public services on this beach. There is an OXO near by and a few eateries.Local ATM bus service is great. Uber service for food delivery and travelling for groceries is excellent. If you like a hotel type environment with no services, then this place is for you. There is a view from your deck of a few Vidanta golf holes that provides outside entertainment along with the vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The front desk is welcoming and helpful.
