This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single sex groups or excessive noise after 11 pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
All our properties at Lower Mill Estate, The Cotswolds and Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
OVERVIEW
Lake Lodge has been subject to a complete overhaul by the new owners to include total redecoration throughout including new carpets and furniture to create a clean and modern feel to the property.
ACCOMMODATION
The property consists of three floors, with each floor enjoying a south facing lakeside balcony. The ground floor has a double bedroom, lakeside balcony and hot tub, and shower room. A double ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. The open plan living/dining and kitchen are to be found on the second floor with large balcony with views across the lake, outdoor dining table and chairs, and BBQ.
OUTSIDE
Doors from the second floor living area lead onto the south facing balcony with outdoor table, seating and charcoal BBQ.
GOOD TO KNOW
Hot Tub – Howells Mere 10 benefits from a hot tub on the ground floor decking which is serviced before every arrival. Due to this the hot tub may not be quite up to perfect temperature on your arrival day.

One parking space – please use overflow carpark for additional cars
Bed linen & towels provided (if you suffer with allergies please contact the office for further information)

We have Tennis and MUGA counts onsite along with our lakeside nature reserve which is comprised of eight lakes, two rivers and miles of walking trails.
You will also find The Activity Hub onsite and they manage all the equipment hire of bikes, canoes and kayaks - there's something for everyone!
Yes we are available during your stay should you require help.
