## Space

The first part of the house welcomes you from the garden, just by the pool. A cosy bedroom is adjacent to the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and the dining area. This bedroom enjoys its private bathroom with a shower.

On the other side of the house, a few steps lead to the second entrance, providing access to the three other air-conditioned bedrooms.
Here, the first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed that can be converted into two singles if needed. Across the corridor is a bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub, as well as a small kitchen.

The air-conditioned living room, overlooking the garden and pool, features a fireplace, a work area with a printer and WIFI, and a TV with all international channels.
Upstairs, at the top of the wooden staircase, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and WC. A sun terrace creates a relaxing space surrounded by majestic trees.

The garden, adorned with lavender and olive trees, beckons for relaxation in the shade of grand oaks. The generously sized pool promises enjoyment for both the young and the young at heart.
Beneath the mulberry plane trees, the table becomes the ideal gathering spot to savour long summer evenings over a delightful dinner.
The outdoor lounge is a cosy retreat for reading to the sound of cicadas, or one may choose to isolate oneself for a siesta, cradled by the hammock's gentle sway.

The property and the village of Ménerbes are approximately 50 kilometres from Avignon and 60 kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport. The nearest train station is Avignon TGV.

The property is peacefully located on an enclosed plot surrounded by nature, only a 5-minute drive from the hilltop village of Ménerbes in the heart of the Luberon Valley in Provence.
Ménerbes is a perched village that boasts traditional French architecture, with its stone houses and narrow cobblestone streets. Stunning landscapes of vineyards, olive groves, and fields of lavender surround the village. There are a number of restaurants, shops and cafes in Ménerbes, which we will happily guide you to upon request.

## Transit

We recommend travellers wishing to stay in this property to have a car. However, The Luberon Concierge can arrange to have guests picked up from the airport or the train station, and a chauffeur can be available upon request during their stay.
