Furnished in a contemporary style, this light and spacious apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Poole Park and has a wonderful large private garden overlooking the lake. Open plan living/dining area to the front of the property facing the garden and lake with a large sofa, flat screen TV and electric coal effect fire. Baiter harbourside (perfect for crabbing) is only a few hundred metres away from the apartment and a short walk from there along the seafront will take you to the vibrant Poole Quayside with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Heading away from the Quay along the seafront will take you to Parkstone Bay Marina where you can enjoy a glass of wine, sample the local seafood and watch the sunset over the bay.

The apartment is also a short walk from the local Dolphin Leisure Centre which boasts a swimming pool, gym and fitness centre as well as the Dolphin Shopping Centre and "The Project" indoor climbing centre.
