We had a great time. The property is right on the beach and have amenities that we need. The view of the water is breathtaking and the wave is just perfect for my son. We are out on the beach entire day and walk on the beach at night. Perfect for a family get away.

Girls getaway

I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better and better with each visit. I love that they have added more Beach to that end of the island and the remodel of the condo is fantastic. I have always loved staying here myself but have recently enjoyed being able to introduce it to my friends. They all love it as well. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise

Nice and relaxing stay at this very clean condo

My husband and I came to enjoy a nice and quiet weekend on the beach. And we were able to so enjoy our weekend at this condo. The view from the balcony was awesome and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. We will definitely be back to this specific location.

Excellent location to get away

This condo was just right for two people. It is located near the north end of the island, with sparsely populated beaches and beautiful views. Check-In/Check-Out was so easy (contactless) that it was if it were our place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. Pernell is a great host and is very responsive. I will stay here again!

Beautiful, Serene, Getaway

We absolutely LOVED our stay here for a small “ baby moon” before our first child comes. The condo was as advertised but they forgot one thing, how the water is right below you so every morning you wake up and look out of the sliding doors and it looks like your ON the water. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Check in process was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to me via message when I asked some questions about amenities. BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! Looking for a relaxing stay on the water without all the hustle and bustle, THIS IS IT!

A much needed getaway

The condo was perfect for my family and I. My kids had a blast with the ocean literally so close. High tide you don’t have much beachfront but a short walk around the corner and there’s plenty of room in the sand. The condo was clean and had most of the utensils and pots/pans that you would need. It was beautiful!! We had some communication with the owner and she was very quick to respond! Overall very happy with our stay!!

no dishwasher - who wants to do dishes on holiday? no garbage disposal - ewww The property is literally falling into the ocean. good parking. quiet area. secluded beach. very, very small condo for the price, i could have had a bigger place; not worth the price. too cramped.

Had a great time

Pictures of property online are accurate. Clean and cozy. Definitely ocean front since Ian came through. Thought we would lose a day because we couldn't get there because of Ian. Host gave us an extra day added on the end so that we still got the full week. We really appreciated that. Definitely recommend.

Nice affordable beach holiday

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, although we hardly cooked. The bedroom is small and poorly lighted, but the bed was very comfortable. My biggest disappointment, and this is minor, is that the wifi was really slow, barely faster than dial-up. The view is everything it was advertised to be, right on the beach. In fact, at high tide there is no beach. It was great to turn off the AC, open the patio door, and just listen to the waves.

Beautiful Beach Location/ Loud AC

Nice small condo with some recent remodeling. Great location and wonderful beach! The AC units are old window units that are EXTREMELY loud and smell musty. Had to turn off the one in living room to talk and hear TV. The bedroom unit is right next to the bed and so loud we had to wear ear plugs at night. Still heard the AC. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Be advised there is no elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to carry luggage. Bring your own chairs for use on the beach (Food Lion was the cheapest if you are buying locally). Tiki bar down the street is a great local hangout.

Fall getaway

Overall we were very pleased with this mini getaway. We were a little surprised at how close the water came to the buildings. But after the initial surprise, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing of the waves. We hope to stay here again.
