There's an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom.
The Space:
This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is set on the top floor and has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, two large sofas, and smart TV. There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests also have access to a communal roof terrace. Free on street parking is available outside the property.
A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.

Situated in a convenient location, it is possible to explore Belfast easily on foot. There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
