From the villa terrace, just go through the gate and walk down a small wooden walkway, and you are on the open beach right at the sea. There are also beach clubs just an easy walk away.
The villa offers a spacious living area, and five double bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outside, there is a splendid seafront terrace, as well as a second terrace at the back of the house with a veranda and barbecue area.
The villa’s location is perfect for exploring for exploring the baroque cities of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto; Marina di Ragusa with its numerous night spots; and sites from the Inspector Montalbano series, such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and Donnafugata Castle.
At guests’ disposal: seafront terrace with beach access; air conditioning; Wifi internet.
Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, 3 hours per week.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
