The worst experience of home stay
The flat looked much worn and torn than the one shown in photos. There was a terrible stinky smell in the basement. The storage room which has sewage pipes and cleaning equipments next to our bedroom, causing the smell of bedroom much worse. The window in the bedroom is facing the street gutter, and there are spiderweb and dust trapped there. The flat is located at the backstreet of many restaurants, which causes a very fishy and smelly smell from their rubbish bins all the time. We found some insects in the bedroom one day making us so worried about the hygiene.
The wifi is so bad that we always could not detect the signal in the flat all the time. We needed to stand next to the main door of the flat and even open the window to receive mobile signal as the mobile signal is bad in the flat. That made us always suffering the smell from the stinky street. At the end we finished all the available data of the mobile due to absence of wifi signal.
They sent some repairmen to deal with the wifi and hygiene problems after our complaint. But they couldn't help after a few visits. They always ignored our message and not really settled the detects. We complained to Vrbo on day 1 of our stay and they promised to refer our case to relocating team, but at the end they did not help us do that. We requested full refund of the stay but the host cheated us that it was possible and only refunded 10% of the whole amount.
We strongly warn the guests not to book this apartment!!
