About this space

The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my newly renovated 3-bedroom house. I hope my home forms the start of a very enjoyable visit to the stunning North East coastal regions of Tynemouth and Cullercoats.
My Property sleeps up to 5 guests (two king-size beds and 1 single bed). It is located within 0.5 miles of both Tynemouth and Cullercoats Beach and within walking distance of the popular Tynemouth village. Newcastle City Centre is also easily accessed via the local metro and or bus system.
Ground Floor
You will access the property via a private front door from a pedestrianized street. The property looks out over an open field which is great if you are travelling with children. The front door leads to a hallway space which provides access to an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen at the rear of the property. There is ample sofa space for you and your party to enjoy. A small downstairs toilet is available as you enter the hallway space on your left-hand side.
Second Floor
The staircase leads to a landing area where all bedrooms are accessible. There are two larger bedrooms available both containing king-size beds. The smaller bedroom at the front of the property contains a single bed. The bathroom contains bath and shower facilities.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. My home is your home throughout your stay. There is a private backyard/garden space which has a fence surrounding the area. This space is perfect for summertime when we have some warm weather.
PARKING
Free on-street parking is available throughout your stay. Please be mindful that cars cannot be parked at the front of the property. However, once you have checked into the property using the keysafe at the front of the property, you can open the rear patio doors and it is a much shorter walk to where your car can be parked should you have large bags or cases.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Other things to note
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and other cleaning products. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Sainsbury's local a 10-minute walk away.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned
linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
