Villa Idrina

Villa Idrina is a bright, modern, elegant and welcoming house, set in one of most panoramic areas in Praiano. It benefits from a terraced garden with private pool (5m x 3m - depth 1.40m) and enchanting views over the sea and the Amalfi coast towards Positano and Capri.
The villa offers informal and comfortable but yet stylish accommodation for 4 people. The floors are tiled with beautiful majolica tiles and there is air condition throughout the house.

There are approximately 160 steps from the main road going down to the villa. From the garden, two sets of French doors open onto the living area: there is a spacious and bright sitting room with one sofa and one sofabed, flat screen tv and next to the kitchen a dining table.

The kitchen is built in and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, Italian style coffee, dishwasher and microwave.

On one side of the living room, a door leads you to a small corridor and to the two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the garden and with sea view. There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and the second one, bigger, with a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The garden consist of two terraces (about 400sqm), the first one is partially shaded with a bamboo roof. Here you will find a dining table with chairs, barbecue and a comfortable seating area with built-in stone benches, armchairs and sofa.
The second terrace, situated below the main terrace, is 160sqm large: here there is a pool, sun umbrella, table, deck chairs and an external shower. Part of the garden is cultivated with seasonal vegetables.

There is a car park 160 steps up from the property (extra charge) that needs to be booked in advance.

The sea is within walking distance: it can be reached though a communal staircase of about 250 steps which leads to a sunbathing terrace on cliff. About 400 meters away from the property, there is bus stop connecting the house to the major small towns of the Amalfi Coast. Although one could do without a car, please note that public transportation in the evening can be limited.
