Restaurants and live music bars spill out over the pier, and there’s even a free trolley taking you all across the island, passing hidden coves on the way. Wrapped in a never-ending backdrop of swaying palm trees and exotic foliage, the terrace is your own corner of paradise. Designed to be partially covered, cool off from the Florida sunshine in the gleaming swimming pool and spa. With a table tennis table, flat-screen TV, and lounge chairs, evenings at Salty Shamrock are spent with a poolside cocktail.
The interiors at this oceanside escape are just as impressive; those with a taste for modernity will be in awe over the neutral tones, minimalist furnishings, and rustic beach-shack inspired touches. Designed as a bright open space, the ground floor is a homely reprieve from the Florida sunshine with a wrap-around sofa to sink into. Conversations can flow into the kitchen, with its clean white cabinets topped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large peninsula bar. Swathes of natural light seep through the sliding glass doors, which open to reveal a screened-in porch to soak up the sea breeze. With a comfy outdoor sofa and alfresco dining table, you’ll be spending all day in this breezy space looking over sways of palm trees. Across the villa are four bedrooms, with two king-size bed rooms and one bunk-bed room equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master suite deserves its own mention, with a wide king-size bed, step-in shower ensuite, and sun-kissed balcony.
*Please note, the ground floor is only accessible via an external staircase. Therefore, we do not recommend this property for those less mobile.
