Feel at home at this warm and cosy one-bedroom apartment in a super central location, perfect as a base to explore Liverpool!
Enjoy a variety of food and drink at the newly opened Duke Street Market, just a stone's throw away from your doorstep! Liverpool ONE, Baltic Triangle, and the Anglican Cathedral are less than a 10 minute walk away!
The Space:
Check out our beautifully modern one-bed apartment, perfect for exploring what Liverpool has to offer. Sleeping up to 4 guests, you will find our super cute and cosy apartment has everything you need. We have provided a comfy double bed along with a double sofa bed in the open plan living area - ideal for young families and friends happy to share!
We provide one towel per guest and would recommend bringing additional if you feel more are necessary!
As you can see our little kitchen comes full equipped with cooking utensils to make plenty of lovely meals to fuel yourself for a day of exploring! You are just a few minutes walk from Tesco or if cooking isn’t your thing, there are plenty of delicious cafes and restaurants a short stroll away.
For those who need a good coffee in the morning we do have a Nespresso coffee machine ready and waiting for you to use!
Watch on our big Smart TV! Feel free to have a chilled night in and watch your favourite shows.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the up and coming Duke Street, you are in walking distance of major attractions in the city centre.
Go shopping at Liverpool One, just a 5 minute walk away or check out Liverpools Cathedrals (15 minutes away).
Or visit the beautiful Albert Dock and Liverpool Waterfront museums, restaurants, bars and the M&S Bank Arena.
Please note, there are currently some construction works nearby to the apartment which may cause some noise pollution.
Getting Around:
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop and Liverpool Central train station are just a short walk away.
There is pay and display on-street parking available from 8am-6:00pm at £2.40 per hour and in the evenings for free after 6pm on any designated bays along the street. This is subject to availability.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
