• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
This stunning apartment is situated in half basement, but you will soon forget that once you step in by its lovely decor and homey feeling! The quality furnishings make this apartment feel truly lavish, hence our hidden gem.
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
Please note that there are two flights of stairs down to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located within The Georgian Quarter - a renowned neighbourhood, home to some of the most outstanding architecture in Liverpool, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets this apt. is the perfect base for all!
As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues.
Visit fantastic places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, and ensure you take a short walk to the vibrant 'Baltic Market' that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from various local restaurants!
For some tranquillity, visit Falkner Square Gardens and enjoy the greenery just a short walk away from the apt.
Getting Around:
The closest bus stops are on Falkner Street and Back Canning Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to hustle you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. No Hen/Stag parties allowed.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
