Welcome to our stunning 1-Bed ground floor apartment in Liverpool’s iconic Georgian Quarter.
This apartment is perfect for Couples, small families to explore the city or visit Family and Friends, and business guests here for work purposes. This spacious apartment features a double sofa bed in the living area, a well-equipped Kitchen and a comfortable Living Area to relax and recoup.
The Space:
Apartment Sleeps 4:
Living room:
• Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial viewing
• The Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total)
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a King size bed for 2 Guests.
• Comes with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table.
Kitchen:
• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with Shower over bath, Standard Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Located on the ground floor, you will be stunned by the Georgian-style high ceiling in the apartment and the amount of light that is drawn into the space with the extra large windows.
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is within one of Liverpool's most iconic neighbourhoods, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The Georgian Quarter which is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces.
It is also only a short stroll from magnificent buildings such as The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall.
As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues.
Make sure you stop by the lively Baltic Market which offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town, which usually costs £10 or under.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.
• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
