Little Brook is a charming dog friendly detached 1 bedroom studio style cabin located on the main route to Yarmouth, on the Island's west coast, with a fabulous dog friendly pub / restaurant nearby. The lovely, enclosed garden allows for a secure area for the dog and a private area for sitting out. The layout is simple and provides all that you need for a perfect getaway, and this is positioned to provide a centrally located base to explore the Island. Great for walkers, cyclists, or dog lovers. Set back in the grounds of Brookside Cottage, this single storey accommodation has parking and a fair degree of privacy, especially in the enclosed garden to the rear. There is a kitchen with an electric oven/grill and hob as well as a microwave, kettle toaster and fridge. The shower room has a heated towel rail, shower enclosure WC and wash-hand basin and the comfy double bed has freshly laundered linen to welcome you for your first night. The bedroom, dining area, kitchen and sitting room area is all open plan, with a TV in the corner. Stable doors open off the living space and bedroom area, into the garden.
