Property Details:
This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat close by. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-check-ins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person check-in.

This property in the heart of the city has an unbeatable location. The apartment is located close to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, a few minutes’ walk from the green of St. James Park. Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster is not only the historic heart of the city, but it is also the heartbeat of the British government and royalty. From there, you can easily walk to all of the major tourist attractions, including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and more. A 15-minute walk through the park, for example, will take you to Trafalgar Square, in one the most lively and dynamic corners of the city and from there to the heart of Covent Garden: The National gallery, the historical London theatres and the Oxford Street shopping district. The nearest Underground Station St James's Park (Circle & District Lines), will allow you to reach every corner of the city in a convenient and fast way, along with many city buses running all day, providing easy links to London’s Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton Airports.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Perfect spot

Close to the tube and the heart of London. Flat had everything we needed, and the convenience of a cafe next doors, and a laundromat and a convenience store just a few steps away. Shower was very tiny and sofa bed was not too bad.

The combination of a prime location and comfortable apartment

We had a good stay at this apartment and would recommend it to anyone visiting London. The location was excellent—situated in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, just a short distance from Westminster and its iconic landmarks. The area was peaceful, with a nice mix of local residents. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was perfect both for work. Plenty of towels and cleaning products were provided, adding to the convenience. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions sent in advance. While the check-in details were quite thorough, they covered everything necessary, so we had no issues upon arrival. The damage deposit was refunded promptly after our stay, which was a great plus. Communication with the host was seamless. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and provided excellent support throughout our stay. We even shared some feedback with them, and they were very receptive and proactive in addressing it.

A delightful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed every day in the splendid city of London

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It was located in a safe, pleasant neighborhood, and its proximity to the famous Westminster area made it a fantastic base for exploring London’s historic landmarks and cultural attractions. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions provided ahead of time, and the damage deposit was refunded promptly without any issues. The bed was cozy, and the living area had a warm, homely feel. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working from home. This feels like spam

We stayed at the property for one night only. We arrived late in the afternoon and there were some junkies in around the building. The bulding is old, apartment was smelly from the building itself and surroundings, it all felt like a hostel and not VRBO family apartment. As this was our family vacation, we booked another hotel and moved our of apartment, the next day even though we paid for 3 days. We returned the keys to local shop as instructed after day 1 of our stay. We asked for return of our deposit numerous times but since the time we left we got no communication/response from the owners/renters. I was afraid leaving these comments as I believed that we would not get our deposit back if we leave bad reveiw. It is now not important anyway as I we probably would not see our deposit returned to us. Overall, this feels like a spam and very bad experience with VRBO.

Good location, terrible smell, slow management response

Unit was as described, but unfortunately there was a terrible smell. In fact, multiple smells. When I checked in the unit smell like old / stale, maybe even moldy. I opened the windows and then there was the smell of fried food from a restaurant downstairs (with an air vent right outside the apartment back windows.) The smell reached a peak on day 4-5 of our stay, and then improved. No idea why. Management was slow on responding to complaints about smell, with first complaint about on Monday and no action taken until Friday. The same applies to complaints about power outlets not working (which was fixed) and slow WiFi (which was not)
