Beautiful apartment in a historic building, carefully decorated and with a balcony overlooking a typical street in the center and the church of San Juan. Ideal for walking to all the monuments, museums and attractions of the city, as well as its best-known corners. –Balcony of San Juan:

It is located in a beautiful 19th century Malaga building, protected for its architectural and historical value but which has all the comforts, including an elevator. Located in a street that preserves very well the buildings of Malaga from the 19th century. On one side of the small street we find the church of San Juan and on the other the popular Plaza de Camas, with its well-known cafes, restaurants, and a children's play area. Located just two minutes walk from the historic Central Market of Atarazanas, and four minutes walk from the famous Calle Larios.

From the balcony you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Holy Week in Malaga.

–How to move:

It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums (a two-minute walk from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Market, and only a 4-minute walk from Calle Larios). It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.



–To consider:

IMPORTANT: The street is busy, especially on weekends and holidays and can be a bit noisy.

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, on request.

ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION WORK: There is currently construction work in the building next door, which can never exceed the hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM according to municipal regulations.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage it may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each pet. We can provide a bed and a feeder-drinker, upon request.
