The space
This beautiful apartment has been furnished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large Queen (and super comfy!) and the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The highest premium standard bed linen and towels are for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Nottingham's renowned market square is a short walk from the apartment and the train station is just over one mile away.

The property is well-served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, this includes two rooms, one with a queen-sized bed, another with a double bed, and a sofa that opens up to a double bed.

The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room are ideal for couples or family to socialize and enjoy time spent together in this luxurious, homely space.

Standard check-in time is 3.00 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00 am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
