Casa Ibiza is a luxury villa placed in the perfect beach environment. The villa has all the facilities that you would dream to have on your perfect holiday. Casa Ibiza has many great features, including a spa area (jacuzzi and steaming bath), a gym, and a large outdoor lounge area with an outdoor fireplace. Casa Ibiza can sleep up to eight guests and welcomes children over seven. The beautiful beach villa has an exceptional design and elegant interiors throughout the property.





The Space:
There are two living spaces: a dining area with direct access to the luxurious pool terrace, and a luxury lounge that includes a TV and sound system, a reading area, a games area, a gym, and a spa area.

All four en-suite bedrooms have AC.

The master suite includes a king-size bed (180 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone rain shower, a single vanity, underfloor heating, a closet, a safe, and direct access to the sea view balcony and lounge area.

The junior suite includes two single beds (90 x 190) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a single vanity, underfloor heating, a closet, and direct access to a sea view balcony with a lounge area.

The twin bedroom includes twin beds (90 x 190), an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a dual vanity and underfloor heating, a closet, and direct access to the pool terrace.

The king bedroom includes a king-size bed (160 x 200) and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone rain shower and a single vanity.

The beautiful sea views can be appreciated on all terraces and balconies in the villa. The pool terrace is the perfect place for al fresco dining, with a table for eight, a charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor fireplace. The infinity pool is perfect to refresh yourself and enjoy the sea views.

Casa Ibiza is perfectly located, only two minutes walking distance from the beach. Restaurants, supermarkets, and bars are all within walking distance. This villa is perfect if you want to be close to everything you need!
