The entrance opens onto a spacious and cozy living area, equipped with a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Designer stairs lead to the second floor where there is a modern kitchen equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and espresso machine. From here there is access to the highlight of the property, namely the large terrace equipped with a dining table and a beautiful view of the central square.
