Hello there and have a wonderful stay in our lovely, spacious 4BR in the centre of St Julians, just within walking distance to the Paceville Centre.
The property has 4 Large bedrooms and with access to a spacious living area with TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a private balcony.
The apartment has a lovely layout, with all rooms easily accessible, internet and AC.
This is perfect for both short/long term rentals, especially due to its location and equipment.
This spacious apartment features four beautifully designed bedrooms, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people.

Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a comfy sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet). Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
