The Space:
LOCATION:
With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the tram and train station we’re well connected to reach us by public transport. You can also easily reach Old Trafford and the Etihad stadiums.

PARKING:
We have one free parking space in our garage which fits a small car only. There's plenty of width space but the length is 3.5 metres

BEDROOM 1
This is luxury living! 2 spacious bedrooms and custom made wardrobes! You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester.


BEDROOM 2
On the ground floor this is a beautifully quiet room with a double bed


2 x LIVING ROOMS:
There’s loads to do in the city but when it’s time to relax there’s no better place than in one of our two living rooms. Sit back and relax on the sofas and enjoy live TV or Netflix.

LUXURY HAMMOCK:
Time to have some fun or just relax! The whole floor space above the living room is made up of hammock. The perfect opportunity for an Insta' moment!

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Our dining table has seating for 6 and there’s also 4 stools at the breakfast bar.

X2 ROOF TERRACES
Enjoy your morning coffee on the roof terrace number 1 overlooking the historic John Rylands Library . And in the evening Relax and chat with friends or family on our second floor roof garden terrace complete with a relaxation station also known as our outdoor sofa

make the most of your time in Manchester! We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets

GOOD TO KNOW:
You’ll have the entire home to yourself and it’s very safe and secure

You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3pm. Early check in may be available so please ask and we may be able to help. At the very least you’ll be able to drop your bags inside.

for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.

We’ll leave a cot for families to use but please provide your own sheets

There’s a washer / dryer machine in the utility cupboard
