Nuestro Sueno - Our Dream
Nuestro Sueno is a wonderful family villa for a group of upto 6 adults. Positioned in a quiet cul de sac in the Pinosol area of Javea, the villa has a modern feel throughout while keeping much of the original charm of the traditional Spanish style.
A villa with 3 bedrooms, a very large master king size bedroom with en-suite connected to the main level of the property and alongside this a further double bedroom with the flexible option of a good quality fold away bed to create a large twin, perfect for children and here you have a spacious family shower room. On the upper level is a further large king size bedroom and shower room. The upper bedroom has distant sea views from the window and across Javea. This large open plan space benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge area. The villa on both levels is air conditioned in the bedrooms.
The main living area is open plan with a fully equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. At the heart of the open plan living dining area is the TV and sofas with ample room for all guests; here you can enjoy international TV channels. The living room is spacious and bright with a door from the kitchen leading out to the terraces. There is full fibre Wi-Fi available and UK / Dutch / French / German TV channels available. The TV is a Smart TV enabling all the usual apps for guests with their own accounts to use.
The terraces and pool are completely private and offer a shaded dining area for 6 guests with adjustable roof awnings and views to the pool. The upper terrace adjacent to the front door of the house offers a relaxed Naya with amazing mountain and valley views, a wonderful breeze most evenings and where you can watch the spectacular sunsets behind the mountains. Next to the kitchen area is a good quality gas BBQ. Down the steps from the pool area are the steps up to the entrance to the villa and a secure driveway with ample parking for 2 cars. The villa is surrounded by lush gardens and at the rear of the property is a gazebo and breakfast table to enjoy a book or relax with a drink. The whole villa is surrounded by bougainvillea, tropical palms and mature planting giving you a wonderful view and great privacy while enjoying the outdoor spaces.
The pool area is private, with 6 high quality sun-beds and 2 parasols alongwith all pool towels which are also provided.
You can drive from the villa to Javea's Arenal beach in 5 minutes, there are beach sports such as jet skis and boats for hire and great sea kayak tours available. There are a number of bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance and also the local park with its own bar and restaurant.
The villa is in a fantastic central location for Supermarkets with Consum supermarket less than 3 minutes drive away. The port and old town areas are a 15 minute drive away and all well worth a visit.
The villa has ample parking both securely on the driveway and on the street which is a cul-de-sac so very quiet with no through traffic.
The villa has high speed Wi-Fi throughout at no extra cost.
Linen and bath / pool / hand towels provided free of charge.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants and can be reached by tourist ferry from Javea. The resort of Benidorm is only a 45 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, one of Europe's largest theme parks and Aqualandia a themed water park. A daytrip to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views over the azure coloured lake from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.Javea tennis club and padel courts are a 10 minute drive away.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Palmares. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
Denia and Oliva to the north of Javea have some of the most spectacular long uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in the height of summer plenty of open space. Just outside Denia at Ondara there is the large, late night shopping centre of La Marina with boutique stores and a multi screen cinema for the kids.
Golf: Within 12 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club which is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 25 minutes drive along the Montgo road near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella have tennis courts. Within a 45 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
