The proximity to the sea, the allure of the surrounding natural beauty, and the sense of exclusivity make Tróia the perfect haven for relaxation and remote work.

The spacious living area showcases a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV for indulging in your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows grace the area, bathing it in abundant natural light, enhancing its inviting atmosphere, and providing direct access to a backyard furnished with outdoor seating to savour those sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, essential cookware, and utensils required to prepare delicious meals, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other amenities for your convenience.

Two splendid ensuite bedrooms feature twin beds, ample storage in wardrobes, and access to a balcony, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. All beds are dressed in premium hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort.

Finally, the bathrooms are outfitted with all the necessary amenities for your refreshments, including freshly laundered towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Rest assured, the house undergoes regular professional cleaning to guarantee your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This unique location is full of alternatives at your disposal. Going to deserted beaches, walking or cycling, late afternoons by the pool or at the most emblematic beach clubs, golf or the padel and tennis courts, the restaurants at Marina de Tróia or the shops and cafes in the villages of Comporta and Carvalhal, all just a few minutes away and your disposal depending on the mood of the day, allow our guests to enjoy a stay as relaxing or as lively as desired.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Praca do Quebedo, is an hour's drive away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is one hour and a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
