The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The dining room has a classic touch with a wooden dining table for six.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea views.

The spacious kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a double bed and a child bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

P/s: A safety gate for children is not included.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Take in the stunning views of Monte Palace Madeira, or experience the exhilarating wonders of the Funchal-Monte Cable Car. Check out the CR7 Cristiano Ronaldo Museum and the Casino da Madeira. Stroll around Praça do Povo and Jardim de Santa Luzia, and don't forget to visit Blandy's Wine Lodge (former Adegas de São Francisco). Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this charming area!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Clube Bom Sucesso, is just a 4-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
