The apartment has a dining table and a small 2 chair bar in the living room. Smart TV is part of the livingroom and Kitchen is well equipped.
There is an Air conditioner in every room and the livingroom as well.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator (1922 neo classical building)
This is the most active area of the city, so if you are looking for a silent apartment - this is not the place. All Athens is noisy but this apartment is in the main activity center of Athens with restaurans and bars on the streets down from the apartment.
Going up to the roof is from iron stairs outside the apartment. The roof is common for this apartment and 1 neighbor apartment, so it is not totlly privet (though they are always never go up...)
