Privileged location: Luxury apartment, 2 bedrooms, in a quiet area close to the marina and the beach.
Lake 24 is one of the newest luxury condominiums in Vilamoura. A refuge with exclusive characteristics in which everything has been designed to help the environment, and in perfect harmony with nature in order to provide its guests with moments of well-being and tranquility. Its architecture offers guests the natural relationship with the surrounding space.
Its location is privileged, an extremely quiet area and about 10 minutes walk to the Vilamoura marina and Falesia beach.
The apartment is large with 85m2 and has been furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
The modern lines, the windows with double glazing window and the kitchen in an open space style, offer luminosity and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens.
Facing south, guests can sunbathe on their entire balcony.
Landscaped gardens, an adult pool and a children's pool complete this glamorous condominium. Access to the condominium is through the gates.
The entrance hall gives access to the corridor, in front we have access to the living room.
The living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. Fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The balcony has 4 relax chairs and coffee table, charcoal BBQ and sink. It is also availabloe 2 sun loungers.
The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and blackouts, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender. The washing machine is in the storage room at the balcony.
The two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
