Welcome to my apartment! Please note there are ongoing road works on the street of the home - completion date it unknown.
It is on the lower ground floor, accessible via stairs only. This delightful 86 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished living space. It also includes a convertible sofa bed, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated, including a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The centre of Brighton boasts a vibrant social scene, with beach bars stretched along the promenade past the pier, while the lanes thriving with independent shops and pubs. The buzz throughout the city is incredible.
Hove has an equally wonderful charm. It is less of a beach rollerblading and more of a relaxed wine bar vibe. Both have so much to offer and are minutes away.
You won't require a car to get around while here.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Lansdowne Road, is just a 2-minute walk.
London Gatwick Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
