"Villa degli Angeli" is a villa in Mezzegra Tremezzina surrounded by greenery, spread over two floors, equipped with all comforts, and boasting a splendid view of the lake. The villa can accommodate up to six people. There are indeed three double bedrooms and a spacious living area that includes a living room (with a comfortable corner couch, flat-screen TV, and balcony) and a kitchen equipped with all the appliances you will need. Furthermore, there are three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub. On the ground floor, you will find a washing machine. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

ACCESSIBILITY
The villa is located about ten minutes by car from the town center. Being spread over two floors, there are stairs inside the villa, and there is no lift.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Mezzegra Tremezzina is a town located on the western shore of Lake Como, just a few minutes by car from Lenno and Tremezzo, two towns where you will find all the services you need. This small and peaceful lakeside locality is an ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation and is close to some of the most sought-after tourist destinations on Lake Como, such as Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. The villa is also close to the beaches of Lenno and Cadenabbia.

GETTING AROUND
For the convenience of our guests, we recommend arriving by car. The city of Como is approximately a 30/40-minute drive away. There are buses that connect Tremezzo and Lenno to Como and other towns around the lake. Look for the C10 line operated by ASF Autolinee. Tickets can be purchased on the bus (cash only) or at designated locations in the area or in Como (please check the ASF Autolinee website). Please note that buses are not very frequent, and the service ends around 10:00 PM. Taxis are available but may not always be readily available in the region.
From the docks in Tremezzo and Lenno, ferries regularly depart for nearby towns. The schedule and tickets are available on the "Navigazione Laghi" website. Tickets can also be purchased at the dock. From Como, it is easy to travel to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno) by train. There are also public ferries that travel to other towns around the lake from the dock in the center of Como.
The closest airports are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. It is possible to arrange a shuttle service to and from the airport at an additional cost. TIPS
>We advise you to take a day to visit the marvellous little towns around the lake. Como city is the urban centre of the area, but the little towns are gems with glorious lakeside villas.
>To travel and walk around Lake Como, especially in the little towns and in the mountains, comfortable shoes are a must.
>There are many public drinking water fountains in the area, and the water is safe to drink unless stated otherwise. Tap water is also drinkable. You can carry your own refillable bottle!
>If you are looking for an easy hike in the area and want to enjoy mountain views anyway, Lake Como Greenway is an easy-to-follow trail that doesn't require too much walking uphill. The Greenway goes through the little towns from Colonno to Griante.
>Look for traditional restaurants where you can try local foods such as Lake Como fish dishes.
>In Italy, many shops (especially the little ones) and services are closed in the middle of the day, so be careful to plan your shopping accordingly.
>Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe and the deepest in Italy. Swimming and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous. For those who wish to dwell in the water, however, there are some options.
Lido di Bellagio and pebbly San Giovanni beach will be waiting for those who wish to travel and explore the beautiful town of Bellagio which lies in the middle of the two Larian branches. Locals and visitors also enjoy travelling to Nesso where the bravest swimmers can jump into the lake from the ancient Roman bridge near the waterfall.
>Lake Como is located in a mountainous region. The surrounding pre-Alps might not seem very high, but the climate is nevertheless affected by the nearby mountains, and temperatures can change quickly. Be particularly attentive to the weather when hiking, and bring some warm and waterproof clothes with you!
