Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and parking is available. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub and beach and please note this is a non-smoking property. 3 well-behaved dogs welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. No.20 The Headland is a charming base for your next getaway in Durham. There are some steep steps throughout the property which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. No stag, hens or similar parties allowed
