Sutton Cottage is a 4 bed house that offers home from home experience to from contractors to families of 4 and above with all-you-need essentials.
It's self-catered 4 bed house with exclusive use of kitchenette and shower rooms both upstairs and downstairs.
In the kitchen you have the full use of the washing machine-dryer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer, cutleries, crockeries, plates, cups, wine glasses, cleaning products, and kitchen towels.
In the dining room you have the exclusive use of the dining table with up to 8 people with sofa-bed and 55" Smart TV on the wall at your convivence.
4 bed house also comes with an en-suite bedroom fully equipped with hair dryer, guest toiletries and bath matt.
In the shower rooms it's fully equipped with guest toiletries, hairdryer and bath matt.
We carry out housekeeping at the end of your stay however, for longer stays (min 10 nights) we carry them out every week pre-arranging the day with you.
The CCTV cameras are allocated the front of the property and back garden with 24/7 CCTV cameras for your health and safety.
The property has FREE WiFi with a speed of up to 400 MBPS.
Street Parking is Only available for Permit Holder Only. However, we have public parking available 9 mins walking distance away from Property called "Ordnance Road Car Park or opposite Aldi Store.

For this property we DO NOT offer FREE parking however, there is a public car park available opposite Aldi store and Ordnance Road Car Park as you are only allowed to have your car parked for 1 hour on the street.
