We also have a rollaway bed for an extra guest or a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set it up. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming.
The facilities of the Condo include a fitness room, a minimart, big swimming pool surrounded by a garden, and jocking lanes. Large parking space. Security measures including CCTVs and key cards, as well as 24-hour security guards at the entrance.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
