The studio has plenty of storage space, a washing machine, a kitchen with stoves, microwave, Nespresso.
The sofa bed is of 1st quality.
The building is well maintained.
Neighborhood life is pleasant and secure.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the north of Paris, the district is culturally rich, with Le Parc de la Villette just a 10-minute walk away. Here, you'll find La Cité des Sciences, La Philharmonie Paris, and Le Zenith. For nightlife, venues like Le Trabendo, Le Cabaret Sauvage, and Le Glazart are nearby. Additionally, the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq offer an array of charming restaurants, and during the summer, you can even rent a small boat. The wonderful Parc des Buttes Chaumont is located at a few minutes walk if you need a green break.
You can reach the quays of the Seine River by bike, which is very pleasant.
There are several Velib stations around the unit.

There are also : two supermarkets (Franprix and Carrefour City), a Hospital (Jean Jaures), a bakery, a cinema and a fitness place next door.

Getting Around:
We organise for you trips to / from airports / train stations

Access is very easy and allows you to reach all the Parisian tourist sites in a few minutes.
