3. The user is fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the stay. Guests will be responsible for any property damage if it occurs.
4. Persons not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly prohibited unless discussed with the host in advance.
6. Before leaving the house, make sure all windows are closed.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15/day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
