This apartment features its own private entrance leading to the spacious kitchen and living area on the lower ground floor, including a utility area and half bathroom, with stairs to the enormous bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor.
It has a modern fitted kitchen with a full range of high specification integrated appliances.
The Space:
Far from the standard 1 Bed apartment, this is a spacious split level duplex with its own entrance down steps at the front of the building leading into a generous open plan kitchen and living area with feature bay windows that includes a double sofa bed for extra guests. It also has a utility area and modern half bathroom on the same level.
Up one flight of stairs is the enormous and fabulously proportioned bedroom with vast bay windows overlooking the Cromwell Road, high ceilings and a luxury en suite bathroom. Underfloor heating and wooden flooring is featured throughout the apartment.
Guest Access:
Guests have their own private entrance to the apartment accessed by steps down at the front of the building. Guests have full use of the space within the flat arranged over two floors.

Gloucester Road Tube is a 10 m walk straight down the Cromwell Road. Excellent connections from both Earls Court and Gloucester Road to all central London destinations. London Taxis and Uber services are available on the doorstep and can be summoned within a few minutes.
