Villa Saint Michel is a beautiful holiday villa located in the quiet countryside area of Serra e Mar, Portimão. Just a short drive from all amenities and several golf courses, this charming 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and well-maintained garden is the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday.

The property is all based on one level and includes an annex. In the main house there are 2 double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living / dining space with a cosy lounge area, comfortably furnished with three sofas, TV and Wi-Fi. The separate annex houses 2 additional bedrooms (one double, one twin with a bunk bed).

Air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms.

Patio doors allow direct access from the house out into the beautiful gardens and pool terrace. Here you can relax in the warm sunshine and idyllic surroundings, enjoying the swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) or lounging on the many sunbeds. A poolside outdoor dining area allows for family meals to be shared al fresco.

Villa San Michel is about a 10-minute drive from the town of Alvor, which offers many excellent restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks & secluded sandy coves which link to the long sandy stretch that is Alvor beach. The lively city of Portimão is just a 15-minute drive away.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season).

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
