Apartment with Terrace on the Beach with Pool

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story villa and has a separate entrance. To access the apartment you have to climb a two-story spiral staircase, so it is not adapted for people with limited mobility.
It has a small terrace where you can have breakfast outdoors. The main room is the kitchen, which is completely new, and the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and has all the necessary items for cooking and eating. The living room has a sofa bed, Smart TV, a dining area and air conditioning. The bathroom is quite large and has a walk-in shower with screen, bidet and hairdryer. The main room has two single beds. The other room is located between the living room and the main room and has no door. This second room has a sofa bed that converts into a very comfortable 135cm bed.
The urbanization is one of the most beautiful urbanizations in the area. Full of green areas, it has direct access to the beach of La Cala del Moral and the cliffs of Rincón de la Victoria. Access is through stairs. The pool is communal and opens in the summer season for all neighbors.
At the entrance of the urbanization there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the center of Malaga in 20 minutes.
Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies and many restaurants and beach bars.

POOL OPENING:
From June 15 to September 15.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but we will notify you as soon as it is ready.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
