In einer kleinen, familienfreundlichen Umgebung gelegen, haben wir eine großartige Lage für einen abendlichen Spaziergang. Lauschen Sie den Geräuschen des Flusses im Hinterhof und schauen Sie sich die Sterne an, während Sie auf der Terrasse entspannen. Wir haben ein Spielzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche und drei Schlafzimmer, in denen sich alle ausbreiten können.

Der Raum

Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer über 1600 Quadratmeter Hausfläche sowie eine große Terrasse im Hinterhof für Familien.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer Unterteilung, was bedeutet, dass Sie nicht von anderen Menschen abgeschieden werden. Der Vorteil der Nachbarschaft ist, dass es eine der wenigen Gegenden in Three Rivers ist, in der ein abendlicher Spaziergang oder eine Fahrradfahrt sicherer ist.

Gastzugang

Sie haben Zugang zum Fluss direkt hinter dem Haus, dürfen jedoch nicht am Flussufer auf und ab gehen. Alles ist in Privatbesitz, bitte nicht betreten! Der Fluss ist saisonal und es ist nicht garantiert, dass er das ganze Jahr über Wasser hat.

Interaktion mit den Gästen

Dies ist kein gehosteter Ort. Gerne unterstütze ich Sie bei Problemen, die während Ihres Besuchs auftreten können. Ich bin an den meisten Abenden bis 21:00 Uhr telefonisch oder per SMS erreichbar. Wir geben unseren Gästen während ihres Besuchs Privatsphäre.

Amazing property

I highly recommend this house! The location is perfect. River access in the back is perfect! The river was low and calm when we stayed here which worked out perfectly for us since we have a 2 year old. She was so fascinated and every morning she wanted us to take her down to the river. It's truly such a beautiful scenery that words can't describe. The backyard area is perfect to hang out. The house is perfect, clean, and spacious. The kitchen had all the things you need for a functioning kitchen. Loved the dinning room table as we were able to all sit together to eat. The foosball table in the play room was a plus! Now for the little things that count: Mrs.Meyers hand soap was provided in each restroom and kitchen along with Dawn dish soap. The property is just minutes from the brewery and also from the park entrance. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to create beautiful memories.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Amazing stay for 2 ladies who wanted to explore the national parks. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood yet very secluded and safe. The home is spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Shiela, the property manager was prompt when answering my emails. The kitchen is large and open. The great room (garage conversion) has a wonderful large couch. The couch is not the one posted on VRBO. The furniture has been changed a bit from what is posted and we loved it. The outside was so beautiful and we had visitors…2 deer that came every day. Our last day there we stayed at the property to relax and take in the beauty of the area. As we sat reading in the gazebo the deer came right in the yard and sat on the turf area not far from us and they actually stayed quite a while but did keep their eyes on us. The mountains views, the river right on the property and the deer. WOW! Also, the entrance to Sequoia National Park is right out of town. The town Three Rivers is small and charming. A great stay.

Great time with family

Beautifully decorated and updated home with a great outdoor space to enjoy the backyard river which was in full flow (early May). We enjoyed moving between sitting in the shaded spots of the backyard to watch and listen to the river and also spending time relaxing in the game room with the French doors open so we could hear the river while playing family games together. Very fun and relaxing stay!

Great Family getaway

This was our 3rd time at the property. The backyard of this property is amazing, with the river running in your yard. The inside of the house could use some TLC, but overall good.

Beautiful Home on the River

Our family had a wonderful time visiting. Check-in was easy. The backyard is so inviting and the patio overlooking the river is beautiful. The kitchen is big and fully stocked. We had fun playing cards at night in the game room. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and ping pong table. The only thing we didn’t prefer is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, just a shear curtain which the kids didn’t like due to no privacy. Overall a fabulous stay!

Such an absolute gorgeous property. Everything we needed was there. Stopped at Costco in Visalia, then headed out. House was clean and very large and well equipped…we had such a great time! Sequoia entrance is close!

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room for the four of us! The house was well stocked for our stay. We made breakfast daily and grilled steaks on the patio BBQ. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outside listening to the sound of the river. The AC and fans were definitely needed for the high temperatures we experienced during this July trip. The house is close to everything. We spent a day in Sequoia National Park, rented a boat on the Kaweah Lake, and visited some of the local businesses. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful backyard

Beautiful backyard on south fork of Kaweah river. Really picturesque in the fall. Large master bedroom with comfortable king bed and massage chair. A couple of minor maintenance issues on arrival were resolved quickly by property manger.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, we had a great time! We visited Sequoia National Park, went to the local honey holes to enjoy the river, walked down to the river from the house to catch fish and frogs and got to enjoy local ice cream. It would have been a much better experience if we weren’t in the middle of a drought and it was the heat wave weekend. Nonetheless, fun was had by all!!

Cozy house with lots of room and a great backyard

Great place to stay with a family. House advertised as described. Spacious with good heating and hot water. Beds were comfortable. Loved the foosball and the outdoor ping pong table (even in winter!). Large bay window looking outside at the river and mountains. Very close to south entrance of Sequoia National Park. Only downside but out of control of the owner was that internet connection was spotty bc of the unusual wet weather. There is wifi so when signal is strong wifi is available. There’s a village market 1.5miles down the street. It’s very pricey but is a decent grocery store with meat, produce, dried goods, frozen and alcohol aisles.

Wonderful retreat near Sequoia National Park

This was a lovely house for our family to stay a few nights. Nice, quiet neighborhood and good location. Beautiful backyard with a number of visiting birds in the AM. All the games were a great touch. Everything inside was recently updated and clean. Only nitpicks/suggestions were a couple rather minor items in disrepair (like a closet door or door handle). The kitchen could have been better supplied for a longer term stay, but nothing was absent that was listed. We would definitely stay here again!

The most peaceful back yard ever!

This was a very beautiful house overall. Nice kitchen. No dining table so that could be a little inconvenient for some. For us it was fine. The back yard was the BEST! I can only imagine how amazing it would during summer/spring/fall season. My husband was disappointed that it did not have the steam shower like it showed in the pictures. Hopefully they will update the pictures. Overall it was a great place.

Photos and Description Didn’t Do It Justice...

This property was better than I expected from the listing. I had high expectations but they were exceeded once we arrived and saw the house and the incredible back yard overlooking the stream. The stream happen to be running while we were here which definitely led to the ambiance. Communication with management was incredible. Responsive and helpful throughout. We will be back. I highly recommend this property, especially for larger groups such as our group of seven.

Very nice and comfortable for family of 7

House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was great if you want to prepare your own meals. Patio space was beautiful for hanging out! Does not have a large dining table to seat all for meals but between seating space next to kitchen and patio space it was not a big deal. Sequoia and King's Canyon are wonderful, plan on doing a bit of driving as it takes an hour to two and half hours to get to various parts of the parks.
