This bright and spacious apartment boasts a beautifully designed interior with luxurious furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The expansive open-plan living area includes a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar, offering everything you need to prepare meals at home. Appliances include an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. Large glass folding doors from the kitchen open onto a terrace, complete with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine al fresco. The lounge area features an oversized L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and a dining table, creating a comfortable and versatile space.
Both double bedrooms are generously sized and come with wall-mounted TVs, ample storage, and hotel-quality crisp linen. The master bedroom is a standout, featuring a super-king bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The property includes two modern, well-maintained bathrooms, both with powerful showers (one also equipped with a bath), along with soft towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Located in South Kensington, an affluent area of London, there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all on your doorstep. Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football club is just 20 minutes walk away. Nearby Fulham Road is just 10 minutes away on foot - home to designer and boutique shops, as well as high end restaurants and bars. The Natural History Museum is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. The nearest underground stations are South Kensington and Earl's Court, both just 5-10 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, supermarkets restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The nearest Underground Stations are South Kensington and Earl's Court, both just a 5-10 minute walk in either direction. Taxi's can be hailed easily from the main road around the corner, as well as a number of bus routes for anyone looking to take in the city sights from the top deck!
Other Things to Note:
-Please be aware the property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
- Guest's must respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
