Ideal for intimate, yet spacious family togetherness and holiday entertainment, this private villa offers deluxe self-catering accommodation with a modern touch, and a beautifully designed open plan kitchen.

A cathedral-like view from the large open plan living area and lounge is one of the top features of the house. Huge sliding doors open up onto a wrap-around patio and permits fresh sea air to fill the space. The lounge flows seamlessly to the dining room and open plan kitchen areas. The quaint under roof braai area with outdoor furniture adjoins these areas and ensures that every part of the entertainment area is designed for family fun and relaxation.

The finely furnished home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and a glass-panelled en-suite bathroom with a large, comfortable shower and bath. The second bedroom contains a built-in king-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 comprise of two single beds each, and all three rooms have access to adjoining bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower, and the other with shower only. All rooms have welcome cupboard space.

The kitchen is equipped with a top-of-the-range fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave and air fryer, a kettle and toaster, and a dishwasher. In the lounge is a big screen Smart TV with DSTV. Both interior and exterior dining room tables can accommodate 8 guests. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy the private front garden, as well as the outdoor braai facilities. Secure garage and fully enclosed parking are available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage.

The location offers access to beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. It is also not far from the lagoon and scenic walking and mountain biking trails on the mountain.
