Rooftop Terrace offers exquisite sea and mountain views and is the perfect sun, sea and surf holiday hideaway for a small family or group of friends. It is located only a short walk from Grotto beach, and a short drive to the centre of Hermanus, offering culture, cuisine and the well-known coastal paths.

This imaginatively decorated semi-attached duplex can comfortably sleep 6 guests. It is designed for beach getaways and provides a budget-perfect visit to Hermanus. The cottage is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and cozy dining area.

The first floor main en-suite bedroom features a double bed and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Still upstairs, Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer a double and single bed, respectively, and share an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The downstairs fourth bedroom features a single bed and has access to a bathroom with a shower.

Guests have access to the fully enclosed outdoor entertainment/braai area with al fresco dining furniture. On the first floor living area, guests can enjoy countless days entertaining at the indoor braai while watching tv or the lovely sea view. A bar fridge adds provides extra comfort. On the rooftop is another entertainment area with a dining table, perfect for a sumptuous breakfast or sundowners.

The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso, and basic cleaning consumables. Other amenities consist of free WiFi, and a tv with Netflix, and an alarm system. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage. Secure garage parking is available for one car, and driveway parking for another vehicle.

Apart from offering access to the mountains and ocean, take a trip to the spectacular Hemel and Aarde Valley, whilst enjoying some of our country’s finest wines.
