Um unsere Casa zu erreichen, müssen Sie 32-44 Stufen hinuntergehen. Es befindet sich in einem großen privaten Foyer, das mit einer anderen Einheit geteilt wird. Beim Betreten der Casa befindet sich das Gästezimmer auf der rechten Seite mit dem Hauptwohnbereich vor Ihnen. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Futon und ein eigenes Bad. Der Hauptwohnbereich, einschließlich der Küche und der Bar, bietet Blick auf die Bucht von Zihuatanejo, den Playa La Madera, den Playa Municipal und den Pier. Es gibt gutes WiFi in der gesamten Wohnung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Smart-Kabel-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Beide Bäder haben große begehbare Duschen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Schiebetüren, die einen Blick auf die Bucht von Zihuatanejo bieten. Der Hauptwohnraum ist Open Air, so dass die Meeresbrise und Geräusche durch die Wohnung fließen können. Im Wohnbereich gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, von der bequemen großen Couch über die Barhocker in der Küche, den Eierstuhl, die Liegen oder Ihre Hängematte! Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einer Mikrowelle, einem Toaster, einem Mixer, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.

Wir lieben die Lage, weil es zu Fuß zu Playa La Ropa, Playa La Madera und Centro (viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants) ist. Es ist immer etwas los und etwas zu tun. Plus Massagen am Strand für 200 Pesos, Bier für 25 Pesos und Happy Hour Margaritas für 35 Pesos. Das Leben ist großartig in Zihua!

The perfect tropical getaway!

Stunning, sweeping views of the bay where you are just steps from the malecon boardwalk and playa Madeira and all that Zihuatenejo has to offer. Perfectly situated between the 3 incredible beaches and so many restaurants, all just a short stroll away! This is our second time staying at Casa de Ali and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Condo Right on Madera Beach

This was our first trip to Zihua after many years visiting Cabo San Lucas. The four of us (two couples) were very comfortable at Casa Ali. Matthew and Ali were attentive and very quick to answer any questions during our stay. The condo has to be one of the few places that is right on the beach and also located perfectly for a short walk into town or quick visit to Playa Ropa. There were also a number of nice restaurants within two minutes of the front door to the complex. It was like the perfect package for a nice one week retreat from the world. We hope to return in the near future.

A peaceful week in paradise

Such a great week in a wonderful spot so close to everything. The condo was set up beautifully and it was great to have our own space to relax. We ate most meals overlooking the bay, feeling the ocean breeze and enjoying the amazing view. Matt and Ali made everything easy and we will most certainly return!

Fabulous place in every way.

This was our first visit to Zihua and it won’t be our last. Matt answered all our questions in a timely manner and arranged for a guide to orient us to the area. The property itself has a stunning view and it is in a great location. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Bay View

Exceeding our expectations, Matt and Ali’s Casa Kau Kan suite was located at one end of the beach with a sweeping view of Playa La Madera, Playa Municipal, the fishing boats, the dock and the hills beyond. We spent hours watching the waves, the birds, the people and life in the bay from the open air living space as well as from the pool above. We almost always had the infinity pool to ourselves ( in May) to cool down, sit in the sun poolside, or read in the shade. We had planned to do some tours but there was so much to do and see in the immediate area that we ended up just walking and exploring Centro Zihuatenejo and the local beaches of Playa La Madera, Playa La Ropa and Playa Las Gatas for our 2 week stay. We would sometimes take a water taxi back from Las Gatas to Centro. There are so many great restaurants in Centro that we mainly ate out and would take the short walk along the Malecon (seawall) into town, which is well lit and safe at night. The suite is really well appointed with air conditioning in both bedrooms, showers in both bathrooms, a complete kitchen and a comfortable couch area for the 4 of us to play cards or just lounge. For us with our 2 young adult kids, this was the perfect space and location. Both Matt and Leonel the caretaker were readily available for any questions. Spectacular view, great location

Our visit to Mathew’s property could not have been better. The building staff (Hugo) was a big help and always available. A bonus is that Mathew also has a local caretaker (Lionel) was available to us 24/7 and introduced us around town and made sure we knew where all the locals shop and eat. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Love This Place!

My husband & I stayed at Casa di Ali for three weeks during January/February 2019 and had an amazing trip. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. The view is spectacular both day and night. Matt & Ali were so accommodating and made our stay effortless. The pool is beautiful and the staff at Kau Kan extremely helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked but we didn't use it much only because the eats and drinks in Zihua are fabulous. We loved to make the easy walk into town for dinner and take a quick taxi ride back to soak in the night view. Another great trip to Zihua....we will be back!!

Modern, well appointed, roomy two-bedroom with stunning view. Great location, walk to everything.

We stayed here for a month, 10 days of which we shared with another couple. Definitely a top-notch condo with fantastic view and in a great location! We could walk downstairs to Madera beach for a swim in two minutes, and be at two other beaches or downtown in 15 minutes. The pool, seldom used by others it seems, is just above and features a great lounge area and that same stunning view. The condo was very clean, and was kept so by maids during our stay, and has everything you need. Matt and Ali have a great manager when they're away - friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to show you around if you so choose. When they arrived, Matt and Ali made themselves available to help or answer questions as needed, but never imposed themselves. We definitely recommend this roomy, comfortable condo. It was quite hot when we were there but the excellent fans and the bedroom air conditioners made us perfectly at ease. We don't usually give five stars , but this place has it all! We'll be back.

Brand New and Perfect Condo

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in a new building. It has such a spacious feel to it with high ceilings and an open living plan. Bedrooms are very private and both have doors that pull closed and A/C although we never used it or closed the doors. You feel so close to the outside with the waves rolling in all night, but never too loud. Matt & Ali, your hosts, are very friendly and hard working. They have thought of everything! Small but nicely equipped kitchen which we used only for breakfast as Calle Adelita (5 minute walk) has so many great restaurants as does the rest of Zihua. We usually stay on Playa La Ropa and loved staying on Playa Madera this time. This condo is even more beautiful and perfect than the photos let on. The infinity pool is REALLY nice and water temperature perfect. Honestly this was one of the best vacation getaways we have ever had. We have traveled to Zihua many times and for many years and this accommodation stands out. Go!

Ali: From the Seattle area. Went to Washington State. Volunteers daily at the local animal shelter.
Matt: From Tennessee. Moved to Seattle in 2004. Executive Director of a nonprofit, Global Impact Homes, that builds homes for those in need throughout the world.
We travel as much as possible, and found the Mexican people, especially in Zihuatanejo, to be warm and friendly. We live in Zihua full-time.

We have been visiting Zihuatanejo since 2012. We wanted a location that was on the beach, had a nice pool and amenities, and was walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and activities. This was the perfect location, so when this property began construction in 2016 we were one of the first people to jump on board.

We are here in Zihua to answer any questions you have about the area. The view of Zihuatanejo Bay is unbelievable. Whether it's in the morning watching the small fishing boats come in as joggers run along the beach and malecon, or in the evenings when the homes that surround the bay light up as we take a swim in the pool, we never get tired of the view.
