Casa Andreina is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment at the ground floor in the heart of Gravedona, less than 300 meters from the lakeside and very close to all services.

In less than 500 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).

Outside the apartment there are also a table and two outdoor chairs reserved for you, where you can enjoy a dinner and a good coffee outside without any disturb!

You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out and about to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, lounging in the garden!

The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, toaster, espresso machine, juicer and electric kettle;

To complete the living area we find a sofa for two people and a smart TV.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower with glass shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet.

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
