In zentraler Lage zwischen der Innenstadt von Rehoboth und Dewey können Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour machen, die 1,6 km bis zu den Zehen im Sand reicht. Gehen Sie zur Rehoboth-Promenade oder wandern Sie auf dem Thompson Island Trail zur Bucht. Surfen Sie in einem der 2 Delaware State Parks oder kaufen Sie in den nahe gelegenen steuerfreien Outlets ein. Egal, ob Sie den Tag am Pool der Nachbarschaft verbringen oder einen Strandtag gestalten möchten, hier in Rehoboth Beach erwartet Sie Ihr idealer Urlaub!

Der erste Stock ist ein offener Grundriss mit einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Von hier aus können Sie auf die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See gehen. Nutzen Sie den Holzkohlegrill, messen Sie sich mit Grillwerkzeugen oder lehnen Sie sich zurück und schauen Sie sich Ihre Lieblingssendung auf Netflix auf dem Amazon Smart TV an. Ein Badezimmer und eine Waschküche befinden sich ebenfalls im 1. Stock.

Die 2. Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit Kathedralendecken. Die Kapitänssuite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem kompletten Badezimmer und eine private Terrasse mit Seeblick. Das Ocean Room verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das Surf Shack über 2 Einzelbetten. Diese Gäste teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Der Living Room-Bereich ist zu einem Doppelbett für 2 Personen ausziehbar. Ein zweiter Fernseher befindet sich in der Captain's Suite mit Netflix und einem DVD-Player.

Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Sie haben Zugang zur Lagereinheit vor dem Haus, die mit Strandutensilien wie Stühlen, Strandkarren, Sonnenschirm und Boogie-Board ausgestattet ist.

Direkt vor dem Haus stehen 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Weitere Parkplätze befinden sich in der Nähe. Ein Gemeinschaftspool-Pass ist erhältlich.

Spring Lake summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was great with lots of amenities. There was a fully stocked shed with more beach chairs than we needed, boogie boards, and a beach cart. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of options for coffee makers. The view from the deck was beautiful with the sound of the fountain in the pond. Parking was very easy with easy in and out. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great family rental for a week at the beach

Our family and a friend and her family all stayed here together. There was plenty of communal space to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We appreciated the short ride to the beach and were able to avoid much of the Rte 1 traffic with this location. Access to the pool with just a short walk was also appreciated!

Location is key

Off Season Solitude

Clean, convenient, quiet 3 bedroom condo lived up to the description. It was an easy bike ride to the Boardwalk and Rehoboth, and a short drive both to Rehoboth and stores on Rt 1. It is especially nice to look out of the window at the small lake.

Wouldn't change a thing

What a great property, my family had such a great stay. Details were perfect and our comfort was unmatched. We've stayed in other properties close and Amy's spot was by far the best. The overall experience was really made with our ability to come home from the beach, rest and grill on the back patio. Stunning Condo between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches

This property has everything you would need on a beach vacation to include beach umbrella, chairs, and beach toys. There are many games as well for all ages of the family. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was a big hit for my grandkids. We took evening strolls with the family and enjoyed the walks and scenery. It was nice to have sheets and towels provided. It saved room in our car. We would definitely rent this condo again next year! Thank you!

Although this rental is further from the beach, we really enjoyed the space. Very quiet and low-key. The patio/deck was wonderful with a great view. Amy has thought of everything anyone would want or need to make the week easy. I hope we will get a chance to rent the space again.

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend

My adult daughters and I are very happy we stayed here for a long weekend. It was just as described, clean, and we had everything we needed. It’s close to Route 1 but quiet. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. It’s a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed a couple of delicious seafood meals from nearby restaurants. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back ourselves!

Fun beach vacation!

We loved our weeklong stay as a family of 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 2 young children. The neighborhood was quiet. The back patio was comfortable and surprisingly didn't have any mosquitoes. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The main living area was larger than suggested by the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!

Lovely condo in Rehoboth Beach

My family have just had a wonderful week in Rehoboth. The property is larger than it looks in the pictures, the beds were really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is really well located in Rehoboth for the beach and Amy ensures we had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. We left feeling very relaxed, after many days of sun and sand!

Great Long Weekend Getaway

I needed to find a place to celebrate my husbands birthday at the beach. I started searching the area and realized it was pretty hard to find something that did not require a full week rental during the summer. I am so glad we found this place. The pictures do a great job capturing the space and the style (too cute)! While not on the beach, it was a quick drive to anything we wanted to do. Also appreciated the initial email to set us up for a great experience. Amy responded quickly to any questions that I sent her way. Overall very happy with the trip and would 100% recommend the place to others!

Perfect vacation stay!

We always look through tons of properties before choosing a vacation property, and are often disappointed. This time we hit the mark!!! It is exactly as pictured, spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The best part is that you won’t find a better host than Amy! She was very responsive and had lots of useful information about the area. It’s located conveniently, close to the beach, outlets, Jungl Jim’s...nice pool as well. You won’t go wrong if you stay here, we had a family of six and were super comfortable. Also, linens/towels were supplied which is a huge help when car space is limited. Hoping to come back next year!

We have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for years and just love the area so much. We hope you enjoy it just as much as we do!

We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in for the brightness and light, for the Lakefront view, and the serene landscaping of the property. We also loved that the location is central to all our favorite spots. We are 1 mile to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach and a mile to the Boardwalk with a gorgeous walk through the neighborhoods of Silver Lake. We are also centrally located to both Delaware State Parks where my husband likes to drive his truck on the beach to go surf fishing.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy all the comforts of home, which is why we provide everything you would have at your home.
