The bedrooms are on the ground floor and both zip/link and consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture, plus a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Ample off-road parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome. Within 1.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, Egyptian Cotton linens, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Please note:The garden is enclosed. Please note: All guests will find a sumptuous robe, fresh milk left in the fridge, Prosecco and Cornish Cream tea on arrival.
