On the ground-floor there is a double bedroom and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ample off-road parking available. Outside there is a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Four, well-behaved pets welcome. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, WiFi, Egyptian linens, and towels are all included in the rent.
