Binfield: Beautiful Five Bedroom (Three Bath) House
We are proud to offer this Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached family home, situated in a much sought after area of Berkshire. The property is located in Binfield, in a premium residential street and is just a short drive to the M4 and M25 motorways - giving you easy reach to anywhere in Berkshire, Surrey and of course London.
At the front of the house you have well kept garden and driveway parking for two cars, plus additional on street parking should you need.
As you enter the property the size of the house is apparent, its extremely spacious and has been designed beautifully to capture all available natural light.
Downstairs:
The first room to the right is a large office, fully equipped for anyone working from home. It has plenty of desk space, storage and multiple well placed sockets.
To the left you have the main living room with large TV and working fireplace.
The three chairs and sofa's seat six people comfortable with the sofa's having electric reclining seats.
Onwards from the living room is the main dining room with seating for six people, this room overlooks the rear garden and has Bi-Fold doors which open all the way across making the transition from room to garden seamless. As an added bonus this room also has a large wall mounted TV.
To the right you also have a large downstairs toilet.
The rest of the downstairs is made up of a stunning kitchen, exceptionally large and very well designed with ample storage, worktop space and quality appliances. If you are a fan of home cooking or entertaining this works especially well. At the end of the kitchen you have a second kitchen area with additional fridge / freezer and counter space and the utilities.
Rear Garden:
The large and enclosed rear garden is established and very well kept, It has two seating and entertaining spaces. One of which is a covered decking / seating area which keeps relatively dry year round.
Upstairs:
As you head up the stairs and to the left you will find Two large, double bedrooms. These are linked together by the first of three bathrooms. Each door on the bathroom has locks of course, for privacy. Both of these rooms have ample storage space and Tv's.
The third bedroom is also a double room with chest space and built in storage.
The fourth bedroom is a large single room, still a great size and plenty of floor space.
Next is the family bathroom with bathtub and shower overhead.
Lastly at the end of the house is the very large master bedroom and ensuite, This room has a super king bed, built in storage, a wall mounted tv and wall mounted air-conditioning unit.
The ensuite is very modern with a bathtub and also a separate shower for additional convenience.
Great thought and care has been put into this property to compliment the peaceful and tranquil surroundings. A fantastic house in a fantastic location. Safe, Secure and Quiet.
