Fantastic one-bedroom apartment in a modern development next to Portobello Road, Notting Hill, London
Located on the 2nd floor with a lift, plus a double sofa bed for a third guest.
The home is spacious, private, and well-proportioned. It has a reception/kitchen area that leads onto a sizable terrace with good views. The property has wood flooring, high-end appliances, and underfloor heating throughout.
Decoration: Neutrally decorated
Reception room: Nicely laid out and well furnished with a wood floor, an L-shaped sofa, pretty prints, side tables, a dining table and 4 chairs. The balcony with a table and chairs overlooks the grounds.
Kitchen: Open plan to the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances; a washing machine and dryer, hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine/NESPRESSO. The kitchen is open-plan and features a large utility cupboard in the hallway.
Bedroom: The bedroom is well proportioned with a built-in wardrobe, a King bed 150 x 190, and good cupboard space. There is a wall-attached LCD TV with many channels a sound system for your entertainment and a small folding bed that can be used for an unexpected guest or for a child. The balcony doors lead out to the front-facing decked balcony area.
Bathrooms: The pristine bathroom is beautifully tiled with a full-size bathtub with an overhead shower, wash basin, and loo.
Neighborhood: The area is part of Portobello Square’s latest fashionable new development -which is attached to the famous London Road and iconic Portobello Road market. Residents can enjoy the many boutiques, cafes, and Delis around, and the famous Portobello Road market nearby.
Getting around: The apartment is a short walk from Avondale Park and St Mark’s Park, with the nearest tube station being Ladbroke Grove or Westbourne Grove which are connected with Paddington (Heathrow Express) and the City. Tube: Nearest Tube: Ladbroke Grove 5 minutes walk
