This Property is surrounded by a breathtaking environment of Canarian Palm trees and the mountainous valley, but just 20 minutes' drive to/from Maspalomas, the main beaches and the 'more common' tourist attractions..

Finca Laxmi 8 is a 20m2 Studio Apartment with garden and covered terrace. 

Inside is a bright living room with open style kitchen with gas hob, a sleeping area with double size bed, a bathroom with shower and a shared laundrette.

Note: This is a Container Type Home located in the greenhouse area of the finca

The communal areas include a heated swimming pool, a cosy solarium, outdoor dining and sitting areas, BBQ corner and games room with Free pool table and table football..

Free WIFI and private parking are included.

* INFO & RULES: 

Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Never indoors!

Tap water here is not drinkable.  The Property is kind of hidden within the beautiful mountainous valley. So getting here might be tricky the first time. Please read carefully the arrival instructions and pictures we will send you once you book. The last 500 metres is a dirt road where you have to drive a bit slower..

You will hear the natural sounds of the neighbouring animals such as camels, donkeys, peacocks, etc. 

Quite interesting, by the way!


House Rules:

Communal Areas

· The use of the Communal Zones is allowed from 10am to 8pm only.

· It is strictly forbidden to  play music or make noise at the Swimming Pool, Solarium, BBQ diner, Games Room, etc. 

· Also, food, drinks and smoking are forbidden at the Swimming Pool area and Games Room.

· At the pool: Diving, Jumping, Playing ball, Running, Splashing or wasting any water are strictly forbidden. 

· Children should be supervised at all times and made sure that they comply by all the rules too. 

· After use, Please leave All areas in at least the same condition you found them. Please tidy up and pick up your litter..

· Please respect other guests' tranquility at all times, specially at the pool and games room since there are houses nearby. 


The House

· Smoking indoors is Strictly Forbidden.

· Please try to be silent after 8pm. Other guests could be resting.

· Any person not registered in the reservation is not allowed in the property unless with written consent from the management. 

· Pets are not allowed.

· Please read our House Manual. Contact us if you need instructions, help or anything to make your stay more comfortable..

· Try not to waste Water or Electricity. They are scarce and expensive here.

· Remember Not to drink Tap Water, ever!

· Please check all lights and other appliances (including AirCon) are turned off when you’re away or not necessary. Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
