The Space:
Elegantly furnished penthouse on the 4th floor, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably host up to 6 guests, conveniently located near downtown Bangalore. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed , complementing the lavishness of a penthouse setting. The living room showcases a smart TV, UPS Inverter, and a plush Sofa-bed, accompanied by a 4-seater Dining Table and a Central Table - all carefully curated from Urban Ladder to enhance the penthouse ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an LG Refrigerator, Philips Bread Toaster, Philips Induction Cooktop, and essential utensils and tableware, blending luxury with functionality. Revel in the ultimate comfort of this inviting penthouse, complete with breathtaking panoramic views that perfectly harmonize with its elevated status.
Please read the following very carefully and confirm that you have read and agree to the following, before confirming the booking:
- Please note that this flat is on the 4th floor. If you have elderly guests or guests unable to take the stairs, please ask for a lower floor. As mentioned, the elevator is inaccessible in case of a powercut.
- Pets not allowed.
- A valid Proof of ID will need to be provided for each accompanying adult, including the person who makes the booking, before occupying the flat.
- Parties and events not allowed.
- Escorts not allowed.
- Smoking & consuming alcohol strictly not allowed.
- Air Conditioning will be charged at an additional Rs. 500/Day.
- Washing machine will be charged at an additional Rs. 100 for a 30 minute cycle.
- Stays longer than 7 nights shall attract a cleaning fee of Rs. 100/ per cleaning session, with a minimum of 3 mandatory cleaning sessions per week.
- In the event you lose the keys to the apartment, you will need to pay the charges towards replacement of the lock (about 4,500 rupees). A spare key will not ensure safety of your belongings and the apartment.
- 100MBPS Broadband Speed.
- Please be sure to turn off all Lights, Fans, TV & Geysers before leaving the apartment. Electricity = Water, so please conserve!
- The one-time cleaning fee paid while booking is applied towards cleaning the flat after you check-out, to make the flat clean and available for the next guest. Availing cleaning/housekeeping services during the stay is charged at Rs. 100 per session.
- Elevator, Air Conditioner, Microwave, Induction & Water Heater will not be available in case of power cuts.
- Guests are requested to furnish Government-issued Photo ID with address, per the guidelines of Karnataka State Tourism Department.
- If you are not a part of the travel group or are booking on someone's behalf, it is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules and Additional Rules to them.
